As a graduate of the VCU School of Dentistry, John has a first hand understanding of the complex situation that young Doctors face.  With student loan debt soaring at historically high interest rates, many young, excellent Doctors feel despair that their dream of home ownership must be placed on the back burner until later in their career.  

We have the solutions!  We work directly with lenders that offer specialized Physician Loans with as little as 0% down, without the need for Private Mortgage Insurance.  With excellent Realtor negotiation, often times closing costs can be subsidized by the Seller. This can result in little to no money down!

Many Realtors are unaware of these programs or simply do not understand how to represent Doctors properly.  I have been through it, both personally and as a Realtor.
